Grass Fed Protein – Is It Good?

I love food. Many, many of my popular posts have to do with the food I’ve eaten. Like Greek food, and kombucha.

And those are amazing. They, literally, have changed my life…

… So now I have another one – Grass Fed Protein. Particularly from the company, Orgain.

This one is super duper healthy. It’s soy free, GMO free, gluten free, USDA organic.

Much like Ensure shakes, it’s a nutritional shake.

You know Ensure shakes?

The stuff hospitals give older people, and kids to help them gain weight.

And man, those work well, but they have some negative effects.

I used to drink a bunch of those. And it helped me gain weight, but it was mostly fat. And to me, that’s a big no – no. I wanna gain muscle, not fat.

And it has a bunch of bad cancer causing ingredients like carrageenan in it. That’s a huge no – no for me, dawg. Nobody’s trying to get the Big C.

So, I looked for a better option. And a bunch of the other options – but those options weren’t good either, cause they all contained soy. And I don’t want soy, at all.

Why no soy?

Cause, for one thing, soy is very, very estrogenic . Which would tank my beloved high testosterone, and would have me be a emotional wreak. Neurotic and shakin’ a lot like Woody Allen in every movie… ever.

Nope, not messin’ with those.

Also, when I drink a lot of Ensure – I would get stomach aches. And those suck.

But these products from Orgain are awesome, cause I never get stomach ache, and it tastes really, really good.

Some of the flavors are vanilla, and strawberry. And a bunch of others. And they’re delicious.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this product.

It’s really dope, tasty, and is a nice healthy alternative to other nutritional drinks.

Greek Food – The Tastiest Diet Food You’ll Ever Eat

Diets suck.

You can’t eat any fun food.

No McDonald’s. Domino’s. Burger King. Street Tacos. Nothing. At all.

Changing your eating habits for either losing or gaining weight – gets repetitive, real fast.

Well, unlike the American diet, the Greek diet is grounded in fruits, veggies, whole grains, and olive oil.

No processed meat. No candy. No Junk Food. Some Wine.

That’s it.

It’s not a secret formula, you know? This health + fitness stuff.

All you need to do is exercise frequently and eat well.

Then, you will be healthier than the majority of people around you… Especially in the U.S.

You’ll live longer than most. Have more fun. And be happier and super confident.
